Bring your existing members in. Players link to their own Petanque Life account by proving they control the email or mobile you provide — you never touch, see or select their account. You only supply the identifier; Petanque Life does the matching.

How linking works — and what stays private

Licences — auto-link on verified match

The federation is authoritative for the licence, so it attaches the moment the player verifies the identifier. The player is notified and can dispute.

Support memberships — player accepts first

A support membership isn't an official record, so it stays a pending invite until the player actively accepts it on their side.

You see your own roster + whether each row links — never the player's account. “Pending” rows wait silently and attach the moment the player verifies the identifier.

What the player sees (their side)

“Svenska Bouleförbundet registered your Competition licence (Nordvik BK) — it's now on your profile.” They can view or dispute it. A record never merges into an account that hasn't verified the identifier.
