Transfer cases & ITC

Manage ongoing club changes and nation changes. Every case passes through the federation's configured approval chain; the gates (window, max changes, obligations, quarantine) are evaluated automatically.

ITC-2026-0007 · Camille Roux · FRA (FFPJP) → SWE (SBF)

A nation change = cross-tenant. FIPJP rule: no fees on the ITC certificate itself. Continental changes are handled by CEP (15-day deadline); intercontinental ones require FIPJP approval. The releasing federation confirms that no obligations/sanctions remain.
