Licence rules & season

The federation's rule configuration for licences — numbering, season, grace period, medical certificates, licence declaration, sanctions and international licences. Rules are data-driven per tenant; feel free to start from a national template and adjust.

Medical certificates

Licence declaration

Allows an unlicensed player to participate if the club has fulfilled its obligations and the player signs a declaration (Swedish model — configurable per federation).

The player signs in the player app — see the Licence card in the app.

Sanction — ineligible player

Configurable sanctions when an unlicensed/ineligible player takes part in a competition.

Starting points — everything can be adjusted after applying

Ready-made templates per federation: licence types, issuer, approval chain, certificate requirements, fees. Applying a template overwrites the rule configuration above — never issued licences.

France (FFPJP)

4 types: compétition, loisir, jeune, découverte
