Why: Defines who can be a member and which licences your clubs issue. Fees are set per type; a licence lets a player enter sanctioned competitions.

Fee composition: each club adds its own membership fee on top — so the total differs per club (e.g. Nordvik BK 300 + 50 + 100 = 450 SEK; another club may set +150). Districts with pricing autonomy can add a part too. The club sets its part in its own setup.
