This form lives on the pre-launch coming-soon homepage and replaces today's mailto: CTA — a real, structured waitlist so the campaign can segment by role and country. The homepage cutover mechanics (swapping the coming-soon page for the live site) are owned by C-2 and are not mocked here.

Plausible goal waitlist-signup fires on submit. It runs in parallel with the old mailto click-event Waitlist Click for one month before the old event is retired. UTM parameters from the landing query string (utm_source / utm_medium / utm_campaign) are captured and stored on the subscriber.
