Have you seen or heard something that does not feel right — involving a child, a vulnerable adult, or suspected cheating and match-fixing? Here you can report it completely anonymously and encrypted, without signing in. You receive a reference token so you can follow the case and talk to the safeguarding officer without revealing who you are.

🛡 Your protection as a reporter. Reports made in good faith are protected against retaliation under EU Directive 2019/1937. You are entitled to acknowledgement within 7 days and feedback within 3 months. You can always also turn to an external authority (art. 10–11) — the internal channel is never a requirement. In case of immediate danger — call 112.

🛡 If you face retaliation after your report — let us know here. The burden of proof then lies with the other party (art. 21.5).

You can also turn to an external authority (art. 10–11) — e.g. the police, social services or the competent supervisory authority.

Reports are encrypted at rest. For anonymous reports no identity is stored — the token is the only key. Every read of your case is logged in a sealed audit chain.
